What Exactly Just Happened? (O2A)

As Showdown comes back from a commercial break, Kyle Nobbs is standing in the middle of the ring with a microphone in his hand. He seems... well... not too happy. Not very pleased with himself. He almost seems sad.

"Last week... Was not a good week for me. I failed you, my fans, and I failed myself. You see, I had two matches last week, and for those of you that missed them, take a look."

Kyle points to the I:W Tron, which shows highlights from last week's Showdown. Kyle accepting Vinny Toriano's challenge, and Double S's. He is seen clapping for Ashley Milano, standing beside Angel Fyre's girl, Trinity. Next it shows VXT beating the crap out of Kyle, and doing so well. But Kyle and Vinny shook hands after the match, there should be no animosity there.

Next, however, are the highlights from his triple threat match. The winner of that match was to go on to face Double S this week... Facing off against Kyle was Sentoryu and Kaminari. Kyle, holding his own - fast forward, and Kyle grabs a chair! He smacks Kaminari with it! Sentoryu and Kyle are both swinging chairs! The three exchange signature moves! And finally, Kyle is on the brink of winning a hard-fought contest. He climbs to the top rope, about to hit his 450 splash! But no, Kaminari pins Sentoryu, and picks up the victory! Kyle, exhausted and defeated, falls to the ring mat.

And Trinity comes out, concerned for his well-being. What is going on there?

"You see there? I got my ass beat twice last week. Hard. I gave as good as I got, hell that's what I'm known for. But, once again - or twice, actually - you see my opponent's hand raised in victory.

But I'm not going to dwell on the losses. I'm going to move forward, and in doing that, I plan to atone for my disappointing performances. I'm out here right now, because I have a few things that I need to take care of in order to do that.

Firstly, Kaminari. I am sorry. I got caught up in the heat of the moment, and I started swinging that chair. Normally I wouldn't hit a woman, and with a weapon no less! I know you came out as the victor of that match, and I am impressed. But I am sorry. I was out of line.

Secondly, Vinny Toriano! Congratulations on beating me, my friend. Well done. I wasn't expecting such power from you, I have to admit. You wrecked me totally, and completely, last week. But I want a rematch. Tonight. I guarantee you'll see a new Nobbs in that ring, friend. I won't be taken down so easily this week.

Now that those are taken care of, there's just one more thing I have to say. Angel Fyre, I'm sure you've noticed. Last week, Trinity came to my aid at the end of that triple threat match. I just want to ensure that you know, there is nothing going on between myself and Trinity. We are just... acquaintances. I'm sure you see that I'm not a threat to your -"

Cut off in mid-sentence, Kyle stops talking and looks up the ramp. The song is playing, the video is playing, and onto the stage comes...

[MG]

MG's Niggas Be Schemin comes on and he walks out to the ring with a mic in hand. MG slides in the ring and raises his arms to the approval of the crowd.

Kyle, I understand where you coming from dog. I really do, I was a punching bag for a long time and I was figuring I was going to change that up this year but it ended up not being that way against VXT. Don't be down on yourself, just think, maybe VXT is the next big thing. Maybe you was in the way for him to become that next big thing and now you, just like me is one of those matches on his way to legendary status. We don't know. But I say this. That was the past and this is now, lets show these fans how we get down!

[Syrus VanHeel]

Syrus music plays as he heads out. He has a mic in his hand. He looks annoyed.

*** You really care what sad little common fans think... both of you lost and are sad. No one cares... Your here for others to gain thoughs easy wins off of. You two are mere little boys playing in a world over your head. So why don't you two run alone, and go play with your dolls.

I am out here to end your waste of time... I am out here to prove... little.boy Fyre must be drugs... or placed some glue on his forehead to keep from bleeding...***

He flips his arm as to say to both MG and Kyle to leave...

*** Both of you leave my ring... I don't want to be in the ring with your kind....***

"Now I think you two can hold on for just one second here. MG, no disrespect - and whoever the hell you are, buddy, waving your arm at us, I just don't freakin' care - you guys came out and interrupted MY time to talk.

The least you can do is say something of substance.

MG, ya know... I think that was a challenge. It would be great to butt heads with a guy like yourself, and to be fair I was just about to accept. But I'm afraid I just can't do that now. At least, not in the way that you were intending.

Syrus Van Heel! Interesting name. It seems to me like someone's a little too cocky. A little too arrogant. I think maybe you're overcompensating for something, but that's not important. The issue here is that CLEARLY you're the kind of guy that needs attention. You see this here, between MG and myself, this little exchange, had nothing to do with you. Why you're even out here is a mystery to me, but we can fix that. I've got an idea.

MG, you just want to fight. Syrus, clearly you've got nothing better to do than bitch about Angel Fyre.

So how about the three of us find something better to do... In a triple threat match?"

[Syrus VanHeel]

***Oh, so one of you little boys can pin the other so I get another lose in my win collume.... No... I think there is another way to deal with the both of you... an elimantion triple threat... so I can knock you both down in one match. That way I only have to get dirty once..***

[MG]

Syrus, why are you soooo cocky and never have not achieved anything in the game. And I hop that's your real last name because Heel, heel should be my first name. I think I'm the cream of the crop with it comes to a sadistic, evil, no sympathy having heel.

You see I've been disrespected plenty by the higher ups in the game. I've been turned down for positions, title shots, tv time, and once I became a legend the respect started to change. I became and embodied the work horse of wrestling weather it was winning or losing.

So basically all I'm saying is...

I'm not about to let some rookie ass chump just come in my face and disrespect me! You walking around flapping your arms like a damn *bleep* fag *bleep* as chicken. You ain't *bleep* shit nigga *bleep*

I accept ya challenge, I can't wait to smack yo *bleep*BITCH ASS!*bleep*

[OOC: Trying out a new writing style here. It's still me]

Kyle looks to MG, then back to Syrus VanHeel. Both of them seem pretty pumped up, and Kyle couldn't blame them. This match had all the makings of a freakin' classic, or so Kyle thought. But he somehow knew it wouldn't top his Pantheon triple threat match against 187 and Brent Starr, even if the egos involved were somewhat similar.

"Ok then," he says, raising the microphone to his mouth once more. "It looks like we've settled it. Syrus VanHeel, versus MG, versus me. Now if you guys are finished with your little bitchfest here, I've got a man I need to see. But don't you worry... I'll see you gentlemen later."

Kyle drops his microphone and rolls under the bottom rope, walking back up towards the stage, overall satisfied with the turn of events. Sure, he had been interrupted. But he didn't think anyone he had been talking about had a problem with him, which was good. And on top of that, he definitely just made a match of the night candidate just then.

Yup, it was going to be an interesting night.
