Beyond the Gauntlet...

[Shawn Youngblood]

Shawn Youngblood had made a surprise return to TNB TV, hopping the guardrail and following Jason as he exited to the backstage after the gauntlet match. Jason was fast though, so by the time Shawn managed to catch up with him there was already in camera man and a tnb interviewer in Jason and Generra's face backstage wanting the full scoop on how Jason felt after his gauntlet match just then. Shawn decides to interupt before either of them can speak.

You know what? I'll answer that question. 'How do you feel after that grueling match?' Well 'I' feel like my baby brother should what is right for the family. I'm not talking about MoneyMakerInc family, but his own flesh and blood.

The crowd cheers a little as Shawn raises his eyebrow at Jason as if to say 'See?'

I got a wife with abandonment issues who is taking the fact that you left MMInc to mean that the group isn't a 'real' group. I got a sister-in-law who's pissed off at my wife because of that, and equally determined to show that the group 'is' a real group. And all of us have a part of us missing because right now you're running around trying to do what's best for you rather than the family. And I don't blame you for that, I just think that there are better ways to achieve what you want than to cause a ripple effect throughout the rest of the family. I'm not saying you have to dump this broad either, it's clear that she's helping your career. I'm just asking you to come hom to the family so that we can all be togther again, and your manager here can use her talent for all the males in MMInc whilst Lucy does the same for all the women. What do you say, brother?

Shawn puts his hand out toward Jason for a handshake.

[Generra]

"Excuse me! Mr. Youngblood... Shawn, that is..."

Generra instantly interrupts before Jason could even think about extending his hand towards his brother and former stable mate. She steps forward, making eye contact with Shawn and speaking her own mind on the possibility of such a thing happening concerning her client.

"Allow me to interject an opinion of my own concerning the matter of Jason, rejoining MoneyMakerInc. You speak of family, now of all times. But correct me if I'm wrong but... When your brother, "picked up his ball and went home", just a few short weeks ago...

....How many members of the faction even flinched....?"

"How many... Even noticed that he was gone from the fold, so to speak, hm?"

Generra seemed to be a bit cautious about such talk, but would always open her ears when there was real die hard, negotiations occurring. She paused for a split second before going on...

"What I'm attempting to say, Shawn, is that if a group such as MoneyMakerInc. wants the services of Jason Youngblood, family or not, he and I both expect for him to be shown the utmost respect... The utmost consideration, as well as the benefit of the doubt. I was the one who wanted Jason to remain within the group in the first place, yet I saw that he felt unappreciated, and undervalued. Rightfully so... Yet... He, nor I for that matter, are not ones to cry over spilled milk...I for one, feel it always necessary to let be known, that which needs to be known, Shawn..."

"This... Decision, is a very very important one to be made, and I myself, feels it garners at least time to discuss it, in private..."[/i][/color]

She pauses, looking to Jason who was almost staring a hole right through Jason. She looked back to Shawn, a stern and concerned look on her face and finished with..

"Yet I of course will conform to what is best for my client, and whatever he wishes for his future... Before all else. That is why I'm here. So, Jason... I leave this decision up to you..."

She took a step back from the brothers, allowing her client to say his piece, whatever, that was.

Jason was a bit reluctant to even speak with his brother at this point. Generra was right. He felt forgotten and unappreciated while running with MMInc. But also like she said, he wasn't a crybaby and wouldn't let what the past held, play any part in his career here in what he considered the "future".

He stepped forward, extending his hand so that it could meet that of his brothers as he spoke.

"Bro, first of all, let me say this..."

"Generra is more than just a "broad", she's taught me so much in the past few weeks I feel like I already owe her to having a new outlook on my career, so, that being said, she's got my best on her brain all the time and she's a hell of a manager."

Meanwhile the grip on his brother's hand never was broken, seemed to only get stronger as Jason spoke.

"2nd of all, we're family. We're Youngbloods and that bond? Can never be broken. Over what happens in the real world or the wrestling world or anything for that matter. I admit I may have been a little selfish lately but, there comes a time when everyone needs to do that. MMInc. is strong with, or without me, and I knew that when I walked away. And what happens, Sylas Styles joins. That's blockbuster stuff right there, so I figured, it doesn't even matter."

"But I gotta admit, I've missed it a little. Well, really alot, being away from you guys so...I guess what I'm saying is..."

Jason broke the grip from his brother then, backing away a single step and paused, not knowing what exactly to say.

[Generra]

Generra stepped toward her client, leaning into, whispering something into his ear, and before she backed away once more placed a hand atop his shoulder as they both, nodded their heads in unison.

Then once more, she allotted time for Jason to speak, knowing that they were making the right decision.

Jason's eyesight arose, making contact with his brothers again. He stared intently for only a few seconds before reaching out again, shaking his brothers hand with an even stronger grip than before, slightly yanking him forward so that they only inches apart, and then...

You drive a hard bargain... And you make a lot of good points bro', you really do. So....

"I'll give you my answer...."

He paused again, a straight face clearly, no smirk, no sign of anger or resentment. Finishing off with...

"... Next week... At TNB... Abomination..."

Then releasing the grip and taking a quick step back, Jason returns the gesture from earlier, right back to Shawn, raising an eyebrow, as if to say, 'See?', sending a clear message that his decision would be much bigger, than to be announced at the conclusion of a contest where he competed. He

began to backpedal away from the scene, Generra already following close behind, as they had no intentions to answer the questions of the clearly left out TNB interviewer. What would be his decision? And how exactly would he let his decision be known to his brother Shawn, MMInc. and the TNB universe. We'll find out soon enough...
