Coming back from a commercial break, the camera shows Joseph standing backstage with Eliza Aries.
Hill: I'm standing here with Scott Joseph...
Joseph: More like being blessed by my presence.
Samantha shoots him a glare as she continues. Anyways, we just found out you and JOKEr are gonna take on Shia Storm and Genesis a tag match.
Joseph: Are all interviewers captain obvious?
Don't you think it's a mistake since you claim that you're suffering an injury? Especially since you have a Steel Asylum match coming up against five other people.
Joseph: I'm a man of the people. As much as they claim they hate me, they know I'm the best there is with far more devotion than anyone on this roster. Besides, if it gets too bad, you can always win a lawsuit in the US. It's how we do things.
Hill: But we're in Canada.
Joseph: Your point?
Hill: Well what are your thoughts on your partner, JOKEr?
Joseph: Not much to say. He's a lot like a less talented me. We're both rookies getting completely dismissed by the so called legends because they know if they acknowledge us as the threat we are, they'd have to admit we're just better than them. We all saw the silent acknowledgment by Genesis himself that I put him in checkmate.
Hill: What do you mean exactly?
Joseph: I trashed him and his so called legacy. And the best he can comeback with is "simmer down". He got outclassed and while he won't admit it verbally, he acknowledged it inside. He knows it and I know it. If he wasn't he would have had something other than my list of who he thinks I'm targeting and hoping to achieve.
Hill: And your thoughts on Shia?
Joseph: Simple. I don't have anything against the guy. I'm not targeting him. He's standing in the way of winning MY title. Though I am slowly developing a problem with him being as much of a liar as the rest of the so called legends or heroes of the past. I mean what kind of guy even attempts to lie about something so obvious such as how these interactions between me and him have gone.
Any name I choose to target isn't made without thought. Either they adapt and get better, or I leave them looking like a total amateur. Right now, it's Shia. Tonight it was Genesis. Eventually, it'll be Avenger when I take his face. They either evolve or fall. The choice is theirs.
Joseph walks out of view from the camera. Hill: Well there you have it...I think. Camera fades to black.
