Ryan’s match for later tonight is set in stone. He will be going head to head with Michael St.Star in his debut match. This is the time for him to make an impression and make sure that he puts the TNB on watch. He sits down on the bench in his locker room pulling on his wristbands and thinking about his match. All that he worked for, the training, the long hours at the gym, it all comes down to when that bell rings. Actually at this very moment he is feeling a little jittery. The only other time he felt like this was when the MLS SuperDraft was coming up. For some reason tough, he was much more ecstatic about this. He begins to imagine what it will be like to win the match. He knew this was only the beginning, but he was more ready than ever. His thoughts were shortly interrupted by a knock on his locker room door.
What’s up? It’s open!

On the other side of the door was Kimberly Davenport. Resident TNB welcoming committee. ;D
No but seriously...
Kimber was wandering the halls looking for this guy Ryan Whyte's locker room. She saw the challenge he took when he agreed to a match with Michael St. Star for the next TNB Brash show and thought it was awesome how he didn't crack under the pressure of all the stuff St. Star was saying to him out there. Alot of rookies would have she thought, hell even Kimber may have snapped in that same situation. Anyway she turned the door knob and opened the door.
She walked in and looked across the room seeing Ryan sitting there getting ready for the show. She had a match tonight herself and was already good to go but wanted to stop by and welcome a new face. Stepping into the room and closing the door behind her she introduced herself.
"Sorry to interrupt kiddo, but just wanted to stop by and say hello. Welcome ya' to "the new blood" too. Saw what you did out there when St. Star was being the ass that he is. Good job keeping your cool. That'll get you a few cool points with the vets 'round here probably. Oh, by the way, I'm Kimberly."

The person on the other side of the door was Kimberly Davenport. She enters the locker room and begins speaking to Ryan. Ryan listens to what she has to say to him before it was his turn to speak. He was happy to see that someone had come by to his locker room to welcome him to the TNB and also congratulate him on keeping his cool when St. Star accepted his open challenge.
No problem at all just popping in Kimberly. It’s a pleasure to meet you by the way! It’s nice to actually have someone take time out of their schedule and welcome me to the TNB. It’s tough being the rookie ‘cause you don’t know anyone.
Ryan stops speaking for a moment and realizes that he forgot something that was a part of his attire. He forgot to put on the black sleeves. He quickly removes his red wrist bands and slides on the black arm sleeves on both arms. Following this he slides the wrist bands back on.
Sorry about that Kimberly. I just had to put these on before the match. But yeah, keeping my cool, I mean it wasn’t too easy but I learned through the years that people will go around talking trash and all this other nonsense. You are not respected by what you say, but for what you do. So I told myself I would just let this guy say whatever he wanted and I’ll just do my thing in the ring and we’ll go from there. I’m actually real excited to get out there to see what I can do. But enough about me, how long have you been with the TNB Kimberly?

"Oh me? Only been 'round for about a month or so now really. Just getting the hang of the ropes and trying to get to the point where I can win some matches instead of just bein' in em' ya know?"
"And you're right about being respected too Ryan. I've learned that since I got here. People are always gonna talk trash, no matter what, that's just a part of the game nowadays. Not really what its supposed to be about but oh well."
"Anyway, where ya from Ryan? You always wanted to be a professional wrassler?"

Yeah I hear ya.’ It kinda takes some time to get a hang of the ropes in a wrestling business. I’m sure you’re gonna get some wins under your belt real soon. I guess a little advice I can give is to just keep going at it in the ring and make sure you leave it all in there. Ha, actually you don’t have to listen to me, I’m just a rookie to the whole wrestling thing.
After finishing the topic of wrestling, Ryan moves onto the next question Kimberly asked him.
I’m from good ol’ Boston. I love that I call that place home. Actually, at first I didn’t really want to become a professional wrestler. I wanted to become a professional soccer player and that’s what I worked with. I went to UNC on a full scholarship for soccer. While there I met a teammate that was also into wrestling. The two of us trained together, but my priorities were always school and soccer. It got to the point where I was gonna be drafted into the Major League Soccer, but I felt like at that point I wanted to be a professional wrestler more than anything else. I don’t know what it was that changed my mind, but becoming a professional wrestler became my dream. I continued to train right out of college and eventually found myself here in the TNB as a friend gave me the information about this place. I’ve only been here a short period of time, but I am beginning to like this place a whole lot. How about you? Where are you from? Was wrestling always a dream of yours? What got you into wrestling?

Kimber was not a fan of soccer at all. In the Chi you either luv'd football or u luv'd baseball and thats it!
"Never could get into soccer. Don't even overstand how they can play it to be real with ya Ryan. No offense but I like some blood to be left on the field if theres sports goin' on ya' know?"
"Im originally from Chicago. Fell into wrestlin' by accident when a friend of mine was into it. She didn't stay with it but she kind of got me interested in it and it was a good way to let off some anger from what I saw. Was her manager for a few months and then somebody said I looked like I could probably wrestle myself. Hell I pretty much beat up all the stuck up pretty gals back in high school so I figured maybe they had somethin when they said that."
"Not as easy as it looks on T.V. I can tell ya that much already. My back is still aching' after my first match some weeks ago. Wrestlin' is the ultimate contact sport buddy, you can bet that."

Yeah, not many people can get into soccer. It’s gotta be something that you like early in life or you’ll probably never like it. I do have to say there is the occasional time where there is blood left on the field. A lot of people don’t really realize how serious soccer can be until they have played it. Nothing like a good ol’ going up for a header but missing the ball and hitting the head of the opponent. You can get a nice laceration that will require a number of stitches. I guess I can say I had a bad memory from back in high school. Don’t really wanna talk about it though ha ha.
Before Kimberly could ask him about what he was talking about, Ryan moved onto the next subject.
Whether you fell into wrestling by accident or knew that it was something you wanted to do, it is a great sport to be involved with. I have to agree with you that it is the ultimate contact sport, and I love the physicality that it brings. Not only do you have to be physically fit for wrestling, but you also have to be mentally prepared for what will happen next. So, what do you wanna accomplish here in the TNB?

Kimber thought about that for a minute. The question Ryan had asked her to be exact. That one kind of threw her for a loop really and she couldn't quite answer it right off. She took a few steps towards the door grabbing a fold up chair and opening it before sitting in it. She relaxed and then thought about the question a little bit more.
"Well Ryan that's a damn good question. What do I want to accomplish here in TNB? I guess when i think about it hard enuff I gotta say just to be respected by the people in the locker rooms more than anything. That and to give the fans a good show."
"Those people put so much luv and excitement into our shows that we owe them so much more than we probably could ever think of. It's amazing how you can just feed off of what they feel in the crowd. Best experience of my life easily. Oh! And if I can win a few 'straps' along the way then that's cool too."
Kimber smiled a little bit almost turning into a laugh.
"What about you? Got dreams of bein' the Undisputed Champion Ryan? Every little boy does at some point right?"

Ha ha, yeah I guess you can say that.
Ryan laughs after the comment about becoming the Undisputed Champion. Of course that is something that he wanted to accomplish while he was here in the TNB. That though was a long ways down the road.
Yeah it would be great to be the Undisputed champ here in the TNB. That is pretty much everyone’s dream when they join a wrestling promotion. But, that is something you gotta earn and I know that being the champ is a long ways down the road for me. Who know’s, maybe I’ll get lucky and get a shot at the title earlier that I expect. You never really know what’s going to happen. What I really want to accomplish here is similar to what you wanna do. I definitely wanna have the respect from the other wrestlers in this business. I wanna be known as one of those wrestlers that everyone wants to get in the ring with because they know they will have a challenge and that a great match will come out of it. I honestly just wanna make a name for myself. I’d rather be known for the great matches I’ve had in my career rather than for how many titles I’ve won. But, I’m not gonna say no to the title shots ha ha.
Ryan chuckles for a moment before continuing on.
I also agree with you on the fact that you want to give the fans a great show. That’s all I ever want to do. If the crowd is pleased, then I am happy. I can’t wait to get that feeling of having everyone chant your name and going ballistic throughout the match. I just hope that later on tonight I can please the fans and make sure they loved watching my match with St. Star.
He stands up for a moment and walks to the mini fridge and takes out two bottles of water. He then returns to his seat on the bench.
You want a bottle of water?

"Yeah. I'll take one. Gonna need all the hydration I can get for this ladder match later. Gonna be brutal I can feel it. Jessie & Harlequin are hardcore stallions to the maximum n' Madi$on wrestles like a mad bitch possessed. Gonna be grand, it's gonna be grand I tell ya Ry' "Kimber takes the bottle of water, opening it up and takin' a quick sip before she goes in again."So Ryan, you married? Girlfriend? Mistress? Friends with benefits? Everybody around here seems to have somebody to kick it with or whatever. What about you?"Kimber smiled a little as she waited for Ryan's answer.

Yeah, I saw that match on the card. It sounds like it’s gonna be crazy. Ladder matches are no fun to be in. Good luck out there.
Ryan opens his bottle of water and takes a couple quick sips as Kimberly asks him about his relationship status. He covers up the bottle and responds to her.
Well I guess I’m gonna be one that isn’t kicking it with anyone else. I’m single. No girlfriend, mistress, friends with benefits, or anything like that. How about you?

"Nah. At least not yet anyway. There's a couple of cute guys on the roster here in TNB though I gotta say. Hell even a few of the brass 'round this place are decent lookin'. I was shocked there weren't more perverts though. Whenever ya' got a large group of men there's bound to be 7 or 8 lurkin' around every other corner. "
"I'm definitely in the market for somethin' though. My last boyfriend was such a douche that I'm just a little bit standoffish about gettin involved with someone else. Lord knows I could use the tension release though."

A man in a white form fitting v-neck ed hardy t-shirt, black faded blue jeans, and a brand new pair of Oakley Alinghi Fuel Cell sunglasses, is seen walking in carrying a black ed hardy duffel bag with wrestling gear in it. He hears the two people in the middle of a convo and walks over to introduce himself. He knocks on the door waiting for an answer
"Hi my names Ayden Conley Im new here do you know were i can put my stuff down at."

I hear ya’ on that one Kimberly. I haven’t been in a relationship since I was in high school. Things with the ex ended horribly and I never really had it in me to get into another relationship. I never actually let myself get attached to another girl since that breakup. I know it’s bad, but it’s what happened to me. I hear ya’ with the tension release also…
Before Ryan could say anything else, another man stepped into his locker room and introduced himself to the two.
Um, nice to meet you Ayden, I'm Ryan. I’m pretty sure they’ll probably get a locker room set up for you which is where you can put your things.
