He slipped in fast to cover Angel as the ref counted.

He did it. He was the new I:W Gladiator Champion.
He grabbed the brass ring before him, and capped off what was the longest pay per view in modern wrestling history.
The fans sure got their moneys worth tonight.
As the referee handed him the title, he collapsed to his knees. Tonight was an emotionally draining night. From his verbal and physical fight with MG Cage, into the Cage with him and Kratos.
To the 6 man ladder match to try to earn another shot at the World Class title which he failed to do.
To winning the FallOut match for his title match he just won.
He was physically exhausted, but even that couldn't stop him from parading around the ring, showing off his first title since 2008.
The fans cheered knowing how much it meant to him as he got choked up before asking for a mic to address the fans.
If you were to ask me at the beginning of the night if I thought I'd be walking out with a title. I would have said sure, the World Class title. I knew going into that match it was going to be tough, and one mistake cost me the entire match. Cage had me in that anaconda vice, and I tapped out thinking I had plenty of time to catch one on either of them, to tie it up. Little did I know how much that match meant to those two guys as well. I gotta give it up to them.
I didn't even get a chance to catch my breath, and I was back fighting for another crack at the belt. 6 men, one ladder, and a few chairs. All fighting for the right to challenge Cage for the belt that he had just won. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't near dead in there. There was a few times I didn't even care when someone else was close to winning. I wanted it, and at the same time, I found myself pulling for Colby Donnely to somehow shock us all again. He came close. Hell that briefcase was unlatched from the hook, and it was barely hanging there. Unfortunately neither I, or Colby got their in time.
So you can understand my delight when I pulled my number for the FallOut match, going in as one of the last guys. I saw Manor out there, and I knew tonight wasn't my night. See, me and Manor, we got some history. There is no denying that. He's always stepped it up against me when it counted, and I fell flat. Tonight, was different. Tonight, with fire in my eyes, I took it to him instead. Tonight, I went over for a change. Which brought me to sitting in the back, watching Angel Fyre defeat Sentoryu to retain. Everyone in the back was talking about Angel and his black pants. He never loses when he wears them, and tonight was no different. He pulled it off tonight, and I was happy for him, until I saw Madison walk her ass on out there, and kiss him.
The crowd begins to boo her. Obviously they lost respect for her due to her actions.
Oh believe me, it's worse then you think. You see, for quite some time, I've been working with her, helping her fine tune her skills, and get her back to that top tier again. Problem was, we spent more time flirting, and in compromising positions, then working on her wrestling. So you can understand my shock, when I'm watching that fat bottomed skank come out, and plant one on the man I was just about to face. That was the ultimate mind game, and she played me like a violin.
Little did she know, it lit a fire in me that hasn't been lit in years. Angel, you can blame her for your loss, and you can keep her. Hell, I left a bit of sandwhich in catering, you want that too? Don't worry though Hollywood, you can take it on the chin this one time. Suck it up, and try to come back for this belt, but I dare you. I DARE YOU... to bring that bitch with you when you do. Because seeing her and Trinity going at it on the tron while we fought in here, I can see atleast 1 women will help keep her from costing me anything ever again.
A giant she's a crack whore chant broke out, which forced a smile to Brents face.
Now, seeing as this is my first title in four years. I'm not letting this one get away from me so easy. So forget about the multiple man matches for this belt. That's a crap shoot, and not a way to earn this belt. From this moment on, I'm going to defend it against one man at a time, and I'm going to do it honorably. No cheap tricks, no cheap tactics. Straight up fighting like a champion should. Fitting that it's called the Gladiator Championship. A name befitting a man of war.
And this...
THIS
IS
WAR
The fans scream along with him as they finish the legendary quote, and lyric from his music from the past 5 years.
Then his attention turned to the stage as someone was coming from backstage
