The crowd in the arena is eagerly anticipating for the PPV to get underway as the camera fades in from black. The camera pans across the crowd waving their signs, when "Divide" by Disturbed plays over the PA as Manor walks out in his baggy pants and dark red tank top. Some of the fans recognize him right away and cheer which catches on with others who cheer as well as he makes his way down to the ring.
Sliding in the ring he goes to a turnbuckles and poses with his hands in the air getting a cheer from the crowd. Doing this with all four corners, he's all smiles as he grabs a mic. Soaking in the cheers one last time he raises the mic to his lips.
I gotta be honest I was nervous I wasn't gonna get much of a reaction with how long I've been gone. But damn does it feel good to hear that again! Manor smiles again as the crowd cheers again. Granted it was a little quiet at first, but that's what I get for being so inconsistent over the years. Manor laughs a bit before he continues.
Seriously though, it feels great to hear you guys still cheering for me. A lot of things have changed, since I left in not the best way. Got a lot of talent and potential and I'm sure you guys will be in for a great show tonight. More cheers as Manor lets them quiet down before continuing.
Got a lot of new faces, at least to me. People like Vanheel, Darling, Angel, Minion, Antonio, Dice, and others. And we still have some people I recognize like Fyre, Kratos, Storm, and MoneyMaker I think I saw around. A bit of a mixed reaction due the rapid naming off of faces and heels.
It almost makes me glad I'm not making a return to the ring, otherwise I might find myself on more than a couple pinfalls. A "One More Match" chant breaks out as Manor continues to smile and laugh. I appreciate the chant, but I'm happy letting others have their chance. Good, bad, or downright nasty, it's a treat watching them entertain like they do. Some more cheers as Manor holds of his hand signaling for them to be quiet.
However, I do have a minor complaint, and I know this is probably not gonna go over well, but I don't understand the support for Sen...tor..yu? Did I say that right? One of the camera men give him a sign that he got the name right as the crowd boos a bit.
The guy is talented, I'm not disputing that, and I hope he's got a match tonight because love watching him work. It's something he did along with how he seems to act that rubs me the wrong way. Some more boos as Manor continues. Maybe I'm just misunderstanding what he's saying, and it's entirely possible, but he seems to hold honor in high regard. That gets cheers from the crowd as Manor continues.
I mean knight type honor, not Manor honor, which really I have none and never have had any. A small cheer at that as Manor rubs his eyes with his right thumb and index finger. But if he holds honor is such high regard, what about the title reign he didn't earn? Manor gets boo'd a bit for that comment as he waits for it to quiet before continuing. He's a three time world champ in this company like myself, however, where all my reigns were one by me, he has one stain.
I'm talking Fallout 2011. And no disrespect to the other man involved, I honestly cannot pronounce your name to save my life. But anyways, that other man, won the title and handed it over to Sentoryu. A bit of a mixed reaction at the moment, but one of the quieter ones as people didn't seem to know how to go either way about it. How in the hell is that honorable in any way? I just don't get it and I seem to be the only one who remembers that, because I never once saw it brought up. Dare I say he seems like a fraud, or at least not entirely honest with what he believes. Loud boo at that comment as he continues. Shia Storm may be an egotistical dick, but at least you know what he feels and believes.
