Angel is back out in the ring and ready to speak on her next challenge of the evening...facing the new #1 Contender for her Amazon Championship.
I'm going to keep this short and sweet. You see, my loves...tonight is not about me. It's about my challenger. But, of course, after I beat her this Sunday, it'll be ALL about me again! Ha haa... Don't you worry about that.
Larissa. Daaaaahhh-ling! **giggle** I have no fucking idea who you are, baby. You barely make a peep, but yet your actions speak volumes. You really know how to whoop ass out here when it counts....and that's what I like about you. I added you to my little tournament because I sensed something special in you. How right was I in that assumption? Huh?? I mean...WOW! You made it all the way to the end. You won your match and you rose above the best in this company to extend your hand high and claim your shot at destiny. Now....all you've got left to do....is beat.....
...me!
Let me assure you, Larissa. I'm not just gonna lay down for you. I want to see what you can do. I want you to bring that same desire that you had in your earlier matches. You'll need to be on top of your game to stand a chance. As good as I am, you'll have to be that much better. Don't give me your all...and I promise you will get eaten alive!
But, since I love a good challenge. I'm going to allow you the honor of picking the stip for our match. So, come on out, Larissa. Your public is waiting....and so am I![/b]

Closing her eyes before going through the entrance curtain, Larissa Darling could already hear the rumblings of anxious crowd, all ready to give their new number one contender a piece of their collective mind, but she didn't allow it to falter her. Larissa had allowed her wrestling skills and abilities to show the world she was just as deserving to hold Innovative Wrestling's Amazon Championship as anyone else in the locker room. This opportunity was earned, it wasn't given to her, it wasn't a guarantee within her contract, Larissa had come into the company with an objective and now was going to reap her reward. Her entrance theme now echoing throughout the arena Larissa gushed through the curtains with radiating gusto, soaking in the negativity as she stood proudly underneath the entrance settings.
It would be the first time she would speak to her audience since signing her name on the contract. It would be the first time she would speak as "Larissa Darling," and it was going to be the first time she be in the ring face-to-face with the last woman who was in the way of her grand prize. Rolling her shoulders confidently, Larissa walked down the entrance ramp confidence brewing the closer and closer she got the ring steps. Fans were far from pleased, up until a month ago Larissa was still seen as the failure she was two years ago, and now she was just a there count away from holding the most prestigious title she was allowed to hold within the company. Hopping onto the side of ring she poses as the crowd erupts into a louder wave of hatred, Larissa simply smiling as she edged her way through the ring ropes. Microphone handed to her by the I:W official, Larissa tosses it upward before swiftly catching it, her act not favorable to the crowd.
"E-hem."
Larissa softly laughs and smiles as she falsely clears her throat. Holding a hand out, she tells the crowd to settle down which of course, they did not. Shrugging towards Angel, Larissa holds the microphone upward, twirling her wrist before bringing it back down to her lips. She practically had the crowd within the palm of her gloved hand.
"Two years. Two matches. Two victories. Just like that, I'm here, center stage with the absolute best this company has to offer. I could say I'm proud of myself, I could say that this the journey was fulfilling, and I could say that this moment is the moment I've been looking forward to since I was first 'embraced' by the squared circle, but that would be lying. Why? Because despite the training, despite the victories, despite the broken necks, and despite holding that briefcase proudly over my head, I have yet to hold that."
Pointing at Angel's Amazon Championship the crowd boos just at the thought of Larissa holding gold. Her goal was the championship and her goal was to hold that title and never, ever lose it. She felt like she was finally going to reach that finish line and earn that first place ribbon that had constantly alluded her. Now was her time, and her time alone, no matter how much the audience didn't approve. Smirking, she begins again.
"The moment the Amazon Championship is fit around my waist is the only moment where I will ever allow myself to look back and think everything I've worked for was worth it, because honestly until the name 'Larissa Darling' is engraved upon it, nothing will ever fill this burning desire to prove to everyone, including myself that I've finally arrived! Am I at the top of my game? I am absolutely certain! The question shouldn't be if I can beat you, the question shouldn't be rather or not I'm giving you my all. See, I've never held something greater than where I stand now. I've never been able to break the threshold and claim myself to be the best. Throughout my life I've been overshadowed by people greater than I am, but now? NOW!? It's my turn. I don't need cages, I don't weapons. I don't need some crazy stipulation to give myself the 'advantage.' All those matches hold excuses, all those matches bring doubt. I don't want doubt. I don't want excuses. Nothing says 'I'm the greatest' than a standard wrestling match where both competitors just use the assistance of their own skills to come out the victor."
The audience was hungry for some crazy stipulation, they wanted cages, ladders, tables, the whole platter, but Larissa just shunned everything they were hoping for. Rumblings within the crowd told Larissa that they weren't entirely pleased with her decision and began to uproariously state their negative opinions. This was the Amazon Championship! They wanted more than just the "standard!" However, Larissa just shook her head and smiled.
"Angel, are you okay with losing this Sunday? I know I'm not."

Angel stands with her arms crossed, her stark white eyes glaring a hole through the newest contender for her title. She bares a devilish smirk as Larissa speaks, actually enjoying the way her opponent carries herself.
Mmmmm.... Ha ha ha haaa... Oh, really? Am I "okay" with losing? Honey, I am the champ. What champion would be okay with losing? What competitor in their right mind would be? I'm definitely NOT in my right mind, and even I am NOT okay with losing. So, my answer to you, Larissa is....HELL NO![/b]
The crowd cheers like crazy....
Ya know, normally I wouldn't like it if someone didn't play along with me and go for a more "fun" kind of match. But, you're new and, honestly....I think I've caused you enough pain already with putting you through that ladder match....and forcing you into a situation where you actually had to touch one of the Money Dolls. Ewwww!! I hope you bathed in Purell after that match.
But, I will respect your decision and go ahead with a plain, old, regular match. You want to be tested, and want to test me. How can I say "no" to that? I like it! You already have two good things going for you. You showed you have a ton of desire to be the best, and....you're not a fucking Money Whore. It's refreshing not to have one of them breathing up my crotch for a title shot this time. I think we'll have a lot of fun beating each other into a bloody pulp. Huh, Larissa??
I hope you're ready for this. It's going to be a night you will not soon forget. Pain is temporary, but scars last a lifetime! Wear them proudly, and let them remind you of the night you "almost" became the Amazon Champion. Ha ha haaa....[/b]
Angel just smirks at Larissa as she sizes up the #1 Contender and her mind fills with all sorts of twisted ideas....

Eying Angel, Larissa first looked at her opponent and then glared at the championship she held. Angel was a character, she played to the emotions of the audience as if they were her own. Each laugh, and each syllable held focus, she was a persona who marveled in the spotlight and someone who was deserving of being the best within the company. It wouldn't be enough for Larissa to just take that spotlight away, she needed to force it from within her grasp and rightfully claim it as her own. The crowd Angel played for, the matches Angel wrestled to please them, Larissa Darling needed the world to focus on her, and her only. It wasn't about the potential chair shots, table spots, or attention-grabbing high-flying maneuvers, it was about going within that ring and going hold-for-hold, exchange-after-exchange to prove she was better than anyone else the company had to offer.
"I've gone through the pain, and I'm proud of every scar I've earned to get here. Regardless of the personal opinions these people share about me, this Sunday I'm going walk down that exact same entrance ramp, I'm going get into this exact same wrestling ring, and at the end of the night I'm going to hold that championship proudly over my head as every person within this audience showers me with their hate. Why? Because that's just what I inspire. I don't offer 'feel good' moments, I seldom give them reason to chant my name. Smacking someone in the head with a steel chair isn't as satisfying as snapping necks with these hands. I'm sure you understand the sensation of holding's someone's livelihood within the palms of your hands. It's simply gratifying. A gripping sensation unrivaled by anything else."
Looking down at her gloved hand, Larissa then turns and shakes her wrist, as if she was warming up the 'hurricane' that was going to strike Angel's face just days from today. Sadistically smirking she then looks at Angel again, who she could tell was thinking of the same dastardly ideas as she was. It may have been a standard wrestling match, but both contenders were going to make it as dreadfully memorable as any caged warfare.
"When I hold that championship, my own reflection smiling back down upon me, you will lay in defeat knowing full well that I'm not driven by money, that I'm these desires aren't influenced by wealth. I am about me, and me alone. People can post video blogs ranting how much they despise me. They can post five page essays on our company forums how I'm the least deserving to be given such a grand opportunity. They can trend "#DieLarissaDie" this Sunday, but I don't care what they think. I don't care what these people think as long as it's about me. That championship you earned, that championship you've successfully defended on numerous occasions, that record ends the second that bell rings and I end you in complete decapitation."
Larissa's glove then shines brightly as she performs a spinning backfist to an invisible opponent before rolling herself outside of the ring. Walking backwards, she doesn't let Angel leave her sight as the live crowd begins to throw garbage at her. Now at the entryway, Larissa shrugs to her audience and confidently smirks before leaving the scene. The two women would meet again on Sunday where the Amazon Championship would hold center stage as Innovation Wrestling ends their international tour.
