With his music "Playing the Saint" by Digital Summer roaring in the background. Genesis makes his presence felt in Japan. As he walks out behind the curtain. The reaction is surprisingly well received here in the land of the Rising Sun. Dressed in his street clothes. Similar to what he had wore last week. He enters the ring. Grabs a microphone and wastes no time getting down to business. Tonight? Was a very important night that he had planned for a long, long time.
Genesis: First off, before I get right down to business. I'd like to make an apology on my behalf. You see, I got a little carried away last week and I made mention that this week would be the "go home" show to Revolution. When really, last week WAS the go home show, and this week was the Pay-Per-View. So to anyone that I did confuse or trouble anybody. I humbly apologize.
Mixed reaction from the crowd.
Genesis: But that stands to reason that I would make a mistake like this. The way Lionheart runs everything. There is no proper planning. Everything is changed without any real notice. Hell, the guy changes things as the company goes along. Rather then sticking to the original plans. Why he does this? I'll never know. Am I knocking the guy for it? Well... frankly yes I am. You can chalk that up as to another reason why Lionheart should never be in power of this organization. Much less ANY other organization.
Another mixed reaction from the crowd. As Genesis began to pace around the ring as he spoke.
Genesis: Maybe that is a bit too "inside" info for you fans to know. But I think we all know by now. Wrestling is, and always has been a 'work'. At the end of the day. I:W is like any other company out their. They're a business, trying to make money. And...
In mid-sentence. Genesis is interrupted by rowdy fan. This is Japan of course. A country that is passionate on the sport of the business. Rather then the "Entertainment" side of it, like the United States.
Crazed Fan: プロレスは本当です!偽のところに移し!私たちのスポーツを見下しやめて!
Translation: Wrestling is real! You're a fake! Stop disrespecting our sport!
Genesis: Yeah well. Even though I don't understand one word coming out of your mouth. Seems to me you're another Lionheart follower. Apparently, you missed the ass-kissing line. Its right back by his office. If you have problems getting to it. Look up my buddy Sebastian (Avenger). He'll show you where its at.
At this point. This idiot was taken away by security for his rudeness. At this time. Genesis gets down to the matter at hand.
Genesis: Now time to get down to the real reason I came here to "Revolution". I'll be honest. I had no intentions on showing up here tonight. None at all. I wanted to do my one-off appearance last week. Go back home. Kick back, relax. Drink a few cold one's. Collect my money. Then... when I heard one of my biggest "fans" basically call me out after the show. I had no other alternative but to fly to Japan to set the record straight.
A decent pop from the crowd ensues.
Genesis: Let's direct ourselves to the I:W Tron, shall we? We're gonna play a little game called "dissection". Rules are real simple. I'm gonna bring up a quote from Lionheart's interview. We'll read it, and I'll answer everything that little pompous jerkoff has to say. Since 99.9% of it. Is his "version" of what the truth. I'm here to today to answer everything. Whether the truth does hurt me, or it doesn't. Everyone is gonna know everything they need to know about Genesis.
Genesis: As you people can see. I've highlighted the parts that truly stood out the most.
Let's see here. Lionheart thinks I'm "butthurt". That I'm upset because he didn't respond to my call-outs. No, Chris. Far from the truth you moron. When you didn't respond to me. It answered everything I ever thought you to be, when it came down to you & I over the years. Your nothing more then scared, little coward. You love to run your mouth on the internet. To the dirtsheets. To whoever will listen to you. You love to run around and talk all the garbage you want. Except... to my face. So when, and IF you do decide to come out here later when I'm done. I'll make you feel comfortable. I'll turn around, and let you talk to my back. If that's what you truly want. The only thing that is "butthurt" around here, is this company. When the company was raped over and over of their talent to go other places. Need proof? Look at last year's roster, compared to this year's. The one's who aren't retired. Have all ventured off to other organizations. Lionheart, being the poor businessman that he is. Didn't bother to try to keep those guys. He let them slip right through his fingers, and cause of this. It hurt the company.
Then there's that other thing you mentioned, Chris. You mentioned my challenge for power. No, no. Further from the truth. Any other time? You probably would've been right dead on the money. But my challenge was to get this company out of your hands. So I could either turn it around, or give it a proper burial if that had to be my last resort. Cause I wasn't going to sit back, and watch this company lose its INTEGRITY. Due to poor management, and a lack of a roster that frankly didn't care if they was here or someplace else.
Moving on...
Next clip rolls on the I:W Tron
Genesis: This clip, I didn't bother to highlight any real specifics. However, I will say this right off the bat. Its amazing how low Chris goes to place blame on someone, or something else for his misfortunes. Blames bad equipment for production issues. Yeah, okay. I'll give him that. Acknowledges that Brent Starr can't be on TV due to citizenship issues between Canada & United States. As much as we'd like to see Brent Starr back in action as soon as possible. There's nothing much anyone can really do about that. Then, we roll onto the big problem I see out of this, Chris. You have the gaul to sit their and tell the world basically: "Well, all Genesis does is go out their, talk and doesn't put anyone over. What's the point? Blah, Blah, Blah!"
Well, here's the point genius. Last week, didn't I call out the whole roster?
You know how many people showed up? Two...
A circus clown named Graves. Who should still be in developmental. NOT on the main roster. Trying to swing a chair like some uber "bad ass". I cleaned his clock and showed him the error of his ways.
The other? #Megastar Colby Donnelly. Somebody who I think is one of the only wrestlers around here with any common sense. Came out there and instead of making a mistake like Graves did. He did the right thing. He showed this veteran something the others lack, respect. For that? Colby? I thank you. In my book, you're one of the good guys.
Back to the point. Chris, how can you tell me that I act like a "Super Man" with everybody. When really NOBODY would come out to challenge me? Hell, I even called you out. Seems to me. This is your excuse for saying "Sorry we were too scared to show up. But we'll rip on you behind a keyboard on a lame website board." Frankly, that is the truth and sadly? I for one, am disappointed.
How dare you even compare me to Super-Man? When you've done a bang up job of shoving The Avenger down our throats for years and years. The man who's had SEVEN World Championships to his belt. If that doesn't sound like overkill, then I dunno what it is. I've had one World Championship run in this company. And ya know what else, Chris? I'm damn proud of it. I'd rather be one hit wonder with a major title. Then to become the fucking New York Yankee's anyday of the week.
Now I could bring up the last little bit of remarks you said about me. But if I know you like I do. You'll find some way of "twisting" things around in your favor. So that you can come out looking like the All-American, Good-Hearted "I'll always bend over backwards for everyone" good guy. And me? The bitter, disgruntled ex-employee. Who's simply out running his mouth.
Is that what we're gonna see tonight, Chris?
I told the world on the I:W.com website just the other day. I'd tell you tonight what the "end-goal" is. The end goal is simply this.
I don't want to save this company anymore. Was that my original goal a few months back? Oh hell yes it was. I wanted to put you out. So I could take over and build this place back up. Make it marketable. Make it a credible entity on the wrestling circuit.
Now, more then ever before. I only want one thing in mind. For the sake of this companies history. The sake of every man and woman that has spilt their blood, sweat and tears for this organization. I want nothing more... then to KILL this company.
While it may like a bad thing. Trust me, its a good thing. I don't mean come in, and kill it with an invasion group. I don't mean, I come in, kill this company and gloat about it. Add that to resume and whoopty-freakin'-do!
No, No. Chris Lionheart... I wanna kill this company, for the sake of the integrity this organization has lost due to your poor decision making and business.
You brought this company back. Proclaiming this to be "TNB(2)". And like any other sequel. Sequels sucked, and that run didn't work. So you quickly marked the '2' off, and called it TNB again.
Now, its Innovation:Wrestling (or I:W). Tell me again. One thing that makes this company "innovative"? Personally... I don't see it. You might as well have your slogan:
"This is Innovation Wrestling... We are gimmick matches!"
For that reason. And for the sake of the companies history. When I mention history. I mean 2005 through 2007. Back when this company gave a damn! Today? THis place isn't even a minor league feeding system. Hell, I've seen Indy leagues fair better then this.
Is it a knock on the company? No...
Do I think things could be ran better? Oh hell yes...
But instead of going through all the trouble. Instead of having you and me brawl it all over who gets the company and control. Lets see you, for once, do the right thing. Terminate this company. Tell the world you made a mistake bringing this organization back from the dead. It's not working, Chris. You know it. And I know it. Don't lie to yourself. Don't have others, lie for you.
Chris... I'm doing this for the company. I may not like you. You may hate my guts. Even though constantly try to tell the world you don't. Its quite evident that you do. This is just more then me having a a beef with you. I want this company gone for the right reasons.
One thing I can, and will guarantee you. After tonight. This will be the last time your gonna see me on live television. Until the day comes when this company has to go down for the final 3 count. You may see me around on Twitter. I might even make off-camera style appearances. But I refuse to be apart of a dying animal.
When I looked at the ratings for last week's show, and I saw that I had the highest rated segment? Think about it, Chris. Let your ego go for a moment. A "retired veteran wrestler", had the highest segment on the show. Okay... I don't even make appearances on the show hardly. I haven't been seen in wrestling for many months. Your active talent is lucky to get even HALF of those ratings in. There's a problem their, Chris. A real big problem. When it takes a guy like me to come back to spike the ratings. Whether you want to admit that or not. As much as you may hate me with a passion. You can't deny those numbers.
Do the right thing, Chris. Let this thing end. Kill it. Go on with your life. Let others go, and adventure off to other places. That's all I'm asking.
Genesis lowers the microphone. After a very passionate promo. He paces around the ring. Eying the crowd. While he may not have much love with the Japanese audience. This was a man that stood alone most of the time in his beliefs & convictions. He wasn't about to watch a company that he was born in. A company, that he single handily helped to build, along with many others. Go down this road. He didn't want to see this place become a joke or a laughing stock anymore.
Genesis: First off, before I get right down to business. I'd like to make an apology on my behalf. You see, I got a little carried away last week and I made mention that this week would be the "go home" show to Revolution. "Let me make it clear that to my knowledge there are no problems between Genesis and I outside of the ring. He may be a little butthurt that I didn't really respond to his call-outs earlier in the year for a 'fight' very much, but sometimes things just happen that way. Most of the time I was busy with either personal things, or business things for the company.I didn't have time to answer Genesis' "challenge for power #809283402" - no matter how much I would have liked to meet him half-way by matching the amount of promo time which was directed my way back towards him."
Genesis: As you people can see. I've highlighted the parts that truly stood out the most.

It doesn't help that some audio/video equipment blew up and there are some lingering issues there. It doesn't help that Brent Starr had a snafu with his citizenship and was confined to Canada, unable to show-up in the US until it was all sorted-out. Things are never, ever perfect, afterall. I can't speak for anyone else on the roster or on the staff, but I think there's a few reasons why Genesis largely stands in the ring and talks, and most of the time no one answers. People know that no matter what you say to him, it won't mean anything to him. He'll have an insult ready, or he'll act as though the comment rolls off his back, no matter weather what you said to him was an insult, a hurtfull truth, an attempt at intimidation or even aknowledging his good qualities. So nothing ever phases the 'King of Controversy'. Well if nothing ever changes for him, then nobody sees anything change about him. If Genesis is supposed to be invincible, what's the point?"
