The sounds of Bullet For My Valentine's "Your Betrayal" hit the arena and the fans already know what's next to come. The beginning of this week's Brash show, after the huge spectacle that was TNB rEVOLUTION. Out onto the stage,with the title still in his possession is the still current champion, Jason 'The Sin-Sation' Youngblood.
With him was his brother and co tag team title holder, Shawn Youngblood. All 3 title belts in appearance as well.
They slowly start their way down the rampway, to the chagrin of the fans in the arena tonight.
Both brothers had been through a tumultuous night with their respective opponents, ironically, the former tag team champions.
Making their way into the ring with microphones soon after being handed to them, they take their positions in the center of the ring, clearly still recovering from the previous nights TNB showcase.
"For those whom are wondering... Or who didn't get to see last night's event..."
He pauses, raising both titles high into the air with a stern look on his face. The fans boo to the rafters, the chants of "Shia got robbed" and everything other chant under the sun begin as he slowly lowers them once again. Pausing for a split second, he places both titles on different shoulders respectively continuing on...
"I remain the TNB Undisputed Champion. Despite a gallant effort by one.... Double S..."
"Now let's make no bones about last night's bout with the man who seems to think he's everyone's superior... Shia brought everything and the kitchen sink last night. He put moves on me I didn't think he even had in him folks. That's the undeniable truth... Shia... Out-wrestled me last night... Shia out-fought me... Last night...."
A slight pause, as the fans seemed to show that they couldn't believe the words coming from the champs mouth...Then...
"But I... Out-smarted Shia... Last night. You see. This was all a game. A game to see whom could walk out with the Undisputed title around their waist. And people... Fans.... Fellow wrestlers in the back and TNB staff... I did... Just that...You see when you're the champion, you don't have to defeat your opponents. Oh no. Oh no no no. They have to defeat... You..."
The boos ensure once again, as the fans show dislike for Jason's comments. Pissed off they were but he could tell from their bitter reactions, that they knew he was telling the truth. He continued...
"And now I'm sure... As I've heard from a little birdie... Shia wants....Another match...Even after saying that if he didn't succeed in defeating me at TNB rEVOLUTION... He'd not challenge again...Until someone else held this title..."
The fans cheer, wanting the champion to agree to the match here and now. He shakes his head, glancing down towards the mat before looking up and going on...
"I have one and only one thing to say... That in life... There's nothing worse...And I mean nothing... Worse than a man whom can't keep his word. A man who can't tell the difference between reality and fantasy. And a man who knows when he's been outsmarted and is now pulling at every little piece of hope he can to pull himself back up to my level. His even saying such a thing shows he's betrayed not only his loyal "fans"... But also himself...But that's... Another story, in which I'll address at a later date and time..."
"Tonight... The reason why Shawn & I are out here... Is that we now have new number one contenders for the TNB Tag team titles that we hold proudly for Money Maker Inc. "
The fans go nuts, showing their appreciation for Owens & St. Star, the 2 men of the hour so to speak...
"Yes, yes. My good friend and long time running buddy... Seth Owens...And his partner Michael St. Star... Will tonight get the chance to show whether or not they are a formidable tag team here in TNB..."
He reaches for the tag title shoulder, draped over his left shoulder as he raises it slightly about eye level...
"These titles are what every team in the back want to have possession of... Tonight? We see what 2 of those many men can do about taking them off of Money Maker Incorporated... But tonight... Aha... Yes tonight it's not gonna be an easy task gentlemen... Oh no... Not just any regular match. No. Let's go all out I say. Let's get some... Pure and unadulterated..."VIOLENCE"... Going here tonight..."
The fans liked hearing that obviously, cheering the champion even though they probably hated his guts.
"A match where this violence will be contained within a structure...."
He stopped suddenly, looking to his brother whom had a smile on his face matching his own. Then slowly they both looked to the ceiling, the fans diverting their sights as well. Then it was all too clear what the brothers Youngblood were planning for tonight's tag team title defense, as Shawn's words would confirm it only seconds later...
