Against The Odds (aftermath, o2 MMInc)

Gen. was down, and out.. He gave it a valiant effort. But the combination of MIRK & Shawn Youngblood were too much for even Genesis to handle. As Gen. began to regain consciousness. He tries to pull himself up to his feet. As he does so... he glances up to realize who was standing over him.

[MIRK]

Mirk is standing overtop of Genesis and just looks over at Shawn Youngblood. Mirk then gets pushes Genesis to the ground and begins to punch him hit after hit in the head. Shawn has to pull Mirk off of Genesis. Mirk calms down a bit only to sneak in a kick or two before laying back and leaving the wounded battered beaten body of the Controversial Superstar Known simply as Genesis!

Shawn continues to pull MIRK off of Genesis, before picking up the kendo stick which had flown out of the trash can, and breaking accross the back of Genesis' head as he tries to stand. As Genesis lays on the cold concrete, Shawn begins to laugh.

I think that should do it. I guess all those times you thought of yourself have turned out to come back around and bite ya. No one crosses Keith Williams, you should have known that Genesis. Now look at you. No title opportunities. No Legend status. No access to a TNB ring to even try to earn everything back from scratch. Cross MoneyMaker and you have to deal with his boys. That's how you found yourself 2 against 1 with no one willing to lend a helping hand. Cross MIRK, by trying to hold him down back when you were apart of Money Maker Inc - and now look how the roles have reversed!

MIRK and Shawn begin to walk off, with Shawn commenting on how he had a good MMInc debut, screwing over twice Maslow with some chair shots 'and' defeating Genesis.

As Youngblood & MIRK walked away from Genesis. He began to stir, and come to. Blood dripping from just about every area imaginable. Cuts & various lacerations could be seen all over his body from head to toe. His lip busted open. Blood oozing from his nose. Literatly, Genesis went through hell tonight.

As he proceeded to pull himself up to his feet. How he does so, is a mystery. After this beating. Any normal man wouldn't be able to stand on his or her own two feet. Security, EMT's, Referee's. Rushed to Gen's side. He yelled, and refused there help.

His legs trembled, as he began to take a couple of steps. Then suddenly... Gen. was seeing red.

He falls flat on his face. Passing out from the brutality. He was immeadiatly loaded up on a gurney & rushed to the hospital. Where he would stay, & heal until the following week.

Against doctor's orders. Genesis returns the following week on Brash. Showing the wounds of war. But lives... lives to fight another day. So long as there was breath in his lungs. People to fight for. He wasn't going to stop until there debts were paid.

Long story short? MMInc just wrote a check there big mouths will never be able to cash.
