Brendan heads back to the locker room after his XTV qualifying victory. Sweat pouring down his brow, he removes his mask, and heads for the showers. His body is racked with soreness, although he hardly seems to notice. The only thing on his mind was championship glory.
That makes two victories in one night, and my journey towards championship gold grows closer.
After his brief shower, he changes into his street clothes, and heads toward the Fuyuki company car, to get a good night's rest. Next week, he would be competing in several matches, with a lot on the line, so he had a lot of meditation and training over the next few days.
