For those who got either Craxi Taxi or Sonic Adventure on XBL or PSN, how did they hold up to your memories? As it goes I have my DC with Crazy Taxi 2 and Sonic Adventure 2 sat next to me right now.
I think I would be more enthusiastic about the DC Collection if we had a games list. I mean if it's got a favorable list of games that would allow me to get rid of these two old DreamCasts, great.

The DC collection seems to be XBLA games on a retail disc. They even show up in your games history as the separate games, and launching them from there goes straight to the game, bypassing the DreamCast Collection Menu. However, this version of Sonic Adventure is said to have widescreen support which the ordinary Sonic Adventure on XBLA does not. Also, this DreamCast collection includes Space Channell 5 part 2, which isn't avaliable though XBLA.

The DC Collection just isn't worth picking up... sorry, but its just sad. lol 1. Sonic Adventure is probably the only game really worth playing on the disc. Not perfect, but even by today's standards. This game is still pretty fun. 2. Crazy Taxi WAS a cool game... 10+ years ago. lol. Now its a game that once you play it a couple of times. You'll get bored real easily. 3. Space Channel 5? Meh, lets move on. Me personally, never liked this game whatsoever. 4. Sega Bass Fishing. Certainly, a good game years ago. Probably still is to this day a 'fishing' game I'd still play. But without the Fishing Rod/Reel accessory. The game just doesn't have the same 'kick' to it. Honestly... if we're going to have a Dreamcast Collection. Why not make this a 3 disc package for $60 with all of the very BEST Dreamcast games you can come up with. Between the 3 discs. You can easily throw on 10-15 of the best titles ever released for the console. For Example: Disc 1: 1. Sonic Adventure 2. Sega Bass Fishing (w/ optional Fishing Rod accessory) 3. Crazy Taxi 4. Daytona USA 2001 5. Dead or Alive 2 Disc 2 6. Jet Grind Radio 7. Metropolis Street Racer 8. Quake III: Arena 9. Ready 2 Rumble Boxing 10. Seaman (w/ Microphone Accessory for the full experience) Disc 3: 11. Shenmue (FTW!) 12. Soul Calibur 13. NBA 2K 14. NFL 2K 15. Marvel vs Capcom (Alt: Marvel vs Capcom 2) ^ With a little bit of variety. You have 15 SOLID Dreamcast classics complied to make it a worthy $50-$60 purchase. I understand there are different developers/publishers other then Sega on this 'Fantasy Collection', if you will. But given that you're trying to make a worthy Dreamcast collection/compilation for the fans. I don't see the problem going this route. Besides, it beats the holy hell out of what we are presented with right now.
